This program assists the client with locating and purchasing a property in the right area at the right price. This includes:
- client questionnaire sent to determine specific housing requirements and budget
- information pack on arrival in Perth
- pantry pack organised on client arrival if requested by company
- research into available housing in suitable areas and within client budget
- tour of homes and suburbs
- appointments made for suitable homes and accompanied viewings
- accompany client at offer meeting
- recommendation of reputable mortgage/financial advisor and settlement agent
- organisation of building and termite inspection
- accompany client at pre-settlement inspection
- connection of utilities
- visit on moving in day with bottle of WA wine
- local guide prepared for area of chosen home
- ongoing resource to client
The Home Purchase Program can also be combined with the Perth Orientation and School and Educational Programs.
