This program assists the client with locating and purchasing a property in the right area at the right price. This includes:

  • client questionnaire sent to determine specific housing requirements and budget
  • information pack on arrival in Perth
  • pantry pack organised on client arrival if requested by company
  • research into available housing in suitable areas and within client budget
  • tour of homes and suburbs
  • appointments made for suitable homes and accompanied viewings
  • accompany client at offer meeting
  • recommendation of reputable mortgage/financial advisor and settlement agent
  • organisation of building and termite inspection
  • accompany client at pre-settlement inspection
  • connection of utilities
  • visit on moving in day with bottle of WA wine
  • local guide prepared for area of chosen home
  • ongoing resource to client

The Home Purchase Program can also be combined with the Perth Orientation and School and Educational Programs.
